This Litepaper outlines the proposal for $BEANIE, a community-led initiative to build a Web3 ecosystem around TyInc's iconic Beanie brand. Recognizing Ty Inc.'s profound legacy and the unparalleled nostalgic value of Beanie Babies, this project is a community-driven memecoin on bags.fm, the Solana-based token platform.

The initial utility of the token is to serve as a symbol of our collective effort a/k/a we just a memecoin bruh... and a vehicle to generate trading fees for Ty Inc. However, if our partnership proposal is accepted, the token's utility will expand to include:
